1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DraftCompare ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DraftCompare is a browser-based, client-side legal document comparison tool. The Service is provided "as is" and relies on the user's local hardware to process document comparisons. We do not host, store, or process your documents on our servers.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for extreme accuracy in our parsing and comparison algorithms, DraftCompare is not a substitute for professional legal review. We shall not be held liable for any damages, missed clauses, financial losses, or legal consequences arising from the use of, or inability to use, this tool.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the documents you analyze within your browser. Since we do not upload your data, you must ensure that your local environment and device are secure. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service infrastructure.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
