DraftCompare operates on a strictly "Zero-Trust, Zero-Upload" architecture. When you use our document comparison tool, all document processing occurs entirely within your device's browser. Your contracts, NDAs, and PDFs are never uploaded to our servers, nor do they pass through our network. We have no technical capability to view, store, or recover your documents.
We respect your privacy by default. We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure website performance and traffic. Vercel Analytics is a privacy-first, cookieless solution that does not track your IP address or personal identifiers.
We do not use any marketing, tracking, or third-party advertising cookies. Therefore, we do not require a cookie consent banner under the GDPR or ePrivacy Directive.
If you choose to create an account, we use Supabase for authentication. Your account details (name, email) are stored securely in our Supabase database. To maintain your active session, we use your browser's localStorage. This storage is strictly necessary for the service you requested (authentication and access control) and is exempt from prior consent requirements.
